Allied Nutrition had the privilege to launch Amaferm on the 11th of May 2021. We were honoured to have a lot of industry experts attending the launch.

Representatives from Biozyme, the company that produces Amaferm, presented the science behind Amaferm and the practical applications for Amaferm.

Volker Altenbokum (Director of International Business Development) introduced Biozyme and the representatives of their company. Dr Ignacio Ipharranguerre (Director of Research & Development) explained the science behind Amaferm, focusing on what effect Amaferm has on fungal growth and its added benefits. Dr Fernando Bargo (Regional Business Manager – South America) shared with us the practical application of Amaferm in dairy cow nutrition, while Jack Oattas (Regional Business Manager – Canada) explained the benefits of supplementing beef cattle with Amaferm.

The feedback Allied Nutrition received from the people who attended the launch was very positive, and we hope to support the sale of Amaferm with more scientific information on Amaferm and its effect on feed digestion.
