North West Pig Study Group 2021.

“Allied Nutrition attended the first North West Pig Study Group on 30 March 2021.

Hanaa Solomon, our Technical monogastric sales manager, presented a short overview of Acid Buf and the beneficial effects Acid Buf has on pig growth, performance and reproduction efficiency.

We also had the privilege of listening to Dr Pieter Grimbeek impart his knowledge on the management of pig mass and the consequences thereof. Dr Nadia de Beer put in perspective the economic consequences and tragedy of African Swine Fever. Hercules Barnard taught us about Nutrochem’s biosecurity range. Lastly, we ended with a much-needed social gathering and wonderful food.
