Rudolf H. van der Veen

DIRECTOR
Completing his MSc in feedlot nutrition (1994), he started out in the SA feed industry as a salesman for a local distributor selling Premix (Vitamix) and Alltech products to farmers. This naturally progressed to technical and commercial manager Africa and Middle east.
In 2005 Rudolf started his own business and established Allied Nutrition. In addition to managing and growing his own successful business, Rudolf plays an active technical role across all species in developing the Asia Pacific region (APAC) for Celtic Sea Minerals.
When not on the road or in the office, he spends time with his family, and when time allows it, you will find him competing in Archery, hunting or spending the days fishing.

Frans Hagg

TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE
Frans joined Allied Nutrition in 2011. He is responsible for the technical support and sales of all the ruminant products. Like the rest of the Allied Nutrition team, he enjoys the technical side of the business the most and is involved in research where possible. Taking high-level science and bring it in a practical/usable format to the nutritionist and farmer is a very rewarding process. In his spare time, Frans enjoys trail running and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Magda Reynders

COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE
Magda joined Allied Nutrition in 2015 as the monogastric technical manager. In 2020 Magda moved to commercial executive where she is mainly responsible for all our imports, warehousing and logistics. In her spare time Magda enjoys running, reading and different kinds of art projects such as painting and pottery.

Karen Botha
OFFICE MANAGER
Karen joined Allied Nutrition in 2015. She is responsible for the daily running of the office and from 2021 she is also responsible for the administration of all orders and managing of our local stock. Karen has always had a passion and understanding for numbers and mathematics. In her spare time, Karen loves spending time with her husband, 2 girls and friends.

Mercia Kotzé
Inventory & sadc logistics manager
Mercia joined Allied Nutrition in 2022 as our Inventory and SADC Logistics Manager. She has been managing Debtors Books in the Agricultural industry for several years. Mercia is responsible for the stock in the various warehouses as well as logistics. She is a keen rugby supporter because of her son’s gift for the sport.

Marie joined Allied Nutrition in 2020. She is responsible for the finance side in the business. Marie has been part of various functions in the animal nutrition field and has a strong passion for numbers. She enjoys building new and exciting business models and is excited by continues innovation and improvement. Marie also loves spending time with her family.

Hanaa Solomon

Hanaa joined Allied Nutrition in 2018. She is responsible for the technical support and sales of all the monogastric products. Hanaa enjoys discovering the latest science and implementing them on a commercial and farm level. In her spare time, Hanaa enjoys a good book surrounded by her 13 dogs.

Marnus Liebenberg joined Allied Nutrition in 2021. He will be responsible for the technical support and sales of all the ruminant products. Marnus finds joy in seeing the results of science on farm level. When not working Marnus enjoys Hunting, precision shooting, running and cycling.
